Exploring the Natural Beauty of tea gardens- the Srimangal, the process of tea cultivation, witness the skilled plucking of tea leaves, and savor the authentic flavors of freshly brewed tea.

Srimangal- the capital of Tea embraces gently sloping hills that are ideal for growing tea. It is known as “the land of two leaves and a bud” as a result. A lovely scene is depicted by the trees arranged in rows on the hills with small streams of water running alongside them. Tea trees are planted with other trees, such as lemon, rubber, and pineapple, between them to provide the necessary shade from the sun. There is a remarkable tranquility across the area due to the dense fruit gardens, tea estates, and other adjacent areas.

Exploring the Natural Beauty of the Tea Gardens – Srimangal, You will find even the largest one in the world. Besides the tea gardens, one can also see the processing of tea from leaves in the Tea Research Institute of Bangladesh. There are several other similar forest areas near Lawachara. Satchari National Park and Rema-Kalenga Wildlife Sanctuary are two such forest areas nearby. But those two areas are some distance behind Lawachara in terms of development for ecotourism. This is the main reason behind selection of Lawachara as my first venture into the world of rain forests. While exploring  the Natural Beauty of the Tea Gardens- Srimangal , don’t forget to try  the Seven Color Tea.

Besides, All the tea garden hills are mainly occupied by tribal people. They interact with the natural world up on the hilltops. The primary tribes in this region are the Manipuri and Khasias. To gain insight into these tribes’ traditions and practices, tourists might visit them. One of the things you have to visit in this area is the Manipuri dance. Another well-known skill of Manipuris is traditional weaving. Local markets are where you may get their handicrafts, shawls, sarees, bags, bed linens, and other items.
